Airstar Bank is a Hong Kong virtual bank that was established by the main investors, Xiaomi Corporation and Shangcheng Group founded by the Li Ka-shing family. Airstar Bank is the second virtual bank to officially open for business in Hong Kong, following ZA Bank. One of its features is that customers can customize the maturity date of their fixed deposits. They can also withdraw their fixed deposits at any time without incurring any handling fees. This project aims to investigate the user experience of the Airstar mobile app and identify areas for improvement, while also attempting to design new interface prototypes to provide effective improvement suggestions.
