Lush Greater China intends to promote its fresh face mask, which is made in the local kitchen. We want to show that the fresh ingredients are directly put into the mask & cleanser, which finally cover on customer’s face. As a result, customers can enjoy fresh products from the start. I am responsible for the pre-production content preparation, art direction, lighting setup, filming, and post-production of this videos.
"FRESHER THAN EVER"
Scope of Work
Lush's shampoo bars are the flagship product on Lush Tmall, but they have only moderate recognition in the Hong Kong retail market. Coincidentally, starting this year, the shampoo bars are transitioning to being freshly made in Hong Kong. Therefore, the company has developed a marketing plan for online and offline markets, promoting the "Hong Kong Freshly Made" and naked packaging features from storefronts to the Tmall official website.
Solution
We highlight the variety colors of the product in the visual. We did the photo shoot for T-mall and recorded the Shampoo Bar's making-of video in HK Kitchen to deliver the "Freshly Made in Hong Kong" message to target audiences.

The Outcome
In line with integrated marketing promotions, such as eDM, LinkedIn, PR activities such as kitchen tours, PR seeding, and promotion on the official website in Mainland China, the Fresher than Ever theme had been well received by Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), store colleagues, and the general public.
