Lush Greater China intends to promote its fresh face mask, which is made in the local kitchen. We would like to show that the fresh ingredients are directly put into the mask & cleanser, which finally cover on customer’s face. As a result, customers can enjoy fresh products from the farm.

Scope of Work

I was also responsible for initiating the concept with my team, film editing, visual art direction and post-production of the short video.

Solution

The signages introduce each type of fresh and room-temperature face mask, clearly explaining their effects to customers and serving as a helpful aid during introductions. It also allows customers who ignore salespeople to understand the products. Using hands to scoop products adds points and helps explain to customers who require a scooping stick.

While male figures serving as face mask ambassadors have become commonplace, they continue to exert influence on certain groups.
